At Confident Verbalist, we aim to provide high-quality coaching services and digital resources. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Digital Products

Due to the immediate and irreversible nature of digital product delivery, all sales of digital products are generally final.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Playbooks

• Guides

• Frameworks

• Templates

• Worksheets

• Downloadable resources

• Other digital products

Once a digital product has been purchased and access has been granted, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are not normally available.

Exceptions

Refund requests may be considered at our sole discretion in limited circumstances, including:

• Duplicate purchases made in error

• Technical issues preventing access to the product that cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe

If you experience a problem accessing your purchase, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to assist.

Coaching Services

Coaching sessions may be rescheduled with reasonable notice.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please contact us as soon as possible.

Missed sessions, late cancellations, or no-shows may not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling, except at our discretion.

Any coaching package terms, if applicable, will be communicated at the time of purchase or booking.
